Is HomePro a subscription?

Yes, HomePro helps you manage your whole home for a low monthly cost based on your home's size and lot size. No contracts.

Can I keep using one of my service providers?

Absolutely! We onboard new service partners every week, and some of our best recommendations come from our members.

How do you find good service providers?

We require our service providers to be insured, and they go through a lengthy interview process with our vendor manager.

What happens if I have a problem?

Your HomePro concierge is 24/7, and available via phone, text or email: just let us know what's happened and we'll help you resolve your issue. 

Am I locked into a contract?

Nope! Your subscription price is locked in for 12 months, but you can upgrade your plan or cancel at any time. 

What happens if I want a new service provider?

We have multiple providers in every category, just let us know and we'll reposition your existing team and find one that better fits your home's needs.
